Therapy can help us to become more deeply rooted in ourselves, developing the kind of freedom and courage that it takes to thrive. Paradoxically, it is often by exploring the difficult and painful things in our lives that we begin to find meaning; and through that, healing and growth.
I specialize in working with anxiety and depression as well as challenges related to sexual orientation and gender identity. I have additional training in working with both common and complex sexual challenges.
It is my goal to create an environment where you feel safe and comfortable, while also challenged to grow.
