I believe that we human beings are made for relationships, and it is this capacity to relate that is a part of what it means to be human. We relate to ourselves, to our friends, family, and colleagues, to systems and communities and to our faiths and spiritualities. Yet, we often find that these many relationships are stretched, strained, and even fractured. We find it hard to be who we truly are. We often find that our deepest needs for belonging are out of reach. In the complexity and brokenness of life, our needs for belonging and relationship can go unmet.

As your therapist, I will seek to create a space that is safe and steady. A space where you will be known and seen and supported. A space where you will feel free to be your deepest, most genuine self. A space where we can relate to one another in the therapeutic process. I hope to walk through the highs, lows, and in-betweens of life alongside you, providing a space to explore your past and present experiences and goals for the future. If you are ready, I would be honored to hear your story as we walk this journey together.
