You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending. – C.S. Lewis

Many of us struggle to navigate difficult crossroads in our lives. Detours on our life path, unexpected and traumatic losses, and experiences of profound pain in relationships can leave us feeling uprooted and uncertain. In these times of disorientation, we can benefit from the safe, skilled and caring presence of another person to come alongside us. Having a therapeutic guide and support system helps to provide the scaffolding and safety net needed while we find our way.

My role as your therapist is to create a safe and hopeful space to hold the tender pieces of your story – to provide support as you explore, grieve, seek healing and grow.

I believe that you have within you the resources and capacity to find meaning and purpose in your journey, no matter how painful or unexpected your path.

The Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu once said, “The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” I’m here to help you begin.

Please contact me for a complimentary 15 minute consultation to explore the possibility of working together.
