I strive to listen with my heart. The meaning of life is to love and be loved in return. I made that the primary focus of my career in the healing arts. To that end, I help people cultivate healthy relationships with themselves and others as a counselor. I want my clients to feel like they can be “real” with me. I provide a warm, accepting space that nurtures personal growth.
ABOUT Sarah
I specialize in treating SUD Disorders. I am a Certified SUD Counselor (CATC-II – CAADE). I hold an AS in Alcohol and Drug Counseling from Mt. SAC. Other areas of interest include trauma and spiritual growth and formation.
I also have a BA in English from Azusa Pacific University. I write a lot for fun, mostly creative nonfiction and about Christian mysticism. I am an MFT Trainee and enrolled in Azusa Pacific University’s MA in Clinical Psychology Program.
My goal is to help you develop the skills necessary to achieve emotional freedom and sustain meaningful relationships to enhance your satisfaction with the gift of life.
