CHILD AND ADOLESCENTS, GRIEF AND LOSS, LIFE TRANSITIONS, ANXIETY

Life can be full of change and uncertainty. If you are anything like me, learning to adapt to the new rhythms of life can be daunting and often cause distress. My hope is that therapy can be a space for you to feel safe, understood, and empowered. I believe that we all hold unique strengths that can help us navigate our challenges. Together we can name these strengths, identify unmet needs, and process your story. Life is full of many wonderful things and at the same time, very difficult things, my role is to hold space for both. I would be honored to partner with you and meet you where you are at. I hope that on your journey of healing and growth, you continue to practice self-compassion.
