When life gets overwhelming, it can leave you feeling helpless and alone. You long for peace and healing, but may be interrupted by questions of self-worth or bouts of depression. As your therapist, my hope is to cultivate a space for you to be validated, understood, and seen in all aspects of your identity. I hope this space would not only allow you to rest, but also feel empowered and encouraged to take on life’s challenges. I am honored to listen to your story and accompany you on your personal journey.
ABOUT Jennifer
Jennifer is a second year Clinical Psychology Ph.D. student at Fuller Graduate School of Psychology. She also holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from California Lutheran University and a B.S in Psychology from UC San Diego. Prior to graduate school, she worked in the non-profit sector. Jennifer enjoys trying new coffee shops and restaurants, listening to podcasts, and spending time with her loved ones.
