I specialize in addressing a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues, such as struggling with anxiety, depression, anger management, emotional regulation, and self-worth related challenges. For younger clients, I offer Play therapy as a powerful tool to address emotional and behavioral concerns. By engaging in therapeutic play, we create a safe and nurturing environment where children can express themselves, process their experiences, and develop healthy ways of relating to others. I assist individuals in exploring their strengths, passions, and goals, ultimately enabling them to make informed choices and pursue fulfilling paths.
ABOUT MICHELLE
Prior to pursuing a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, Michelle Stockton received a Bachelor’s Degree in Immunology and Molecular Genetics from The University of California, Los Angeles, where she honed her skills and knowledge in understanding the intricate workings of the human body at a molecular level. Following her undergraduate studies, she dedicated several years to conducting research in the biotech industry. By understanding the complex interplay between genetics, environment, and mental health, Michelle offers personalized and evidence-based interventions that address the unique needs of each individual.
