ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, LIFE TRANSITIONS, GRIEF, IDENTITY

Therapy can mean many things. For some, it begins in a moment of being overwhelmed—a need for stability or simply someone to talk to when life feels heavy. For others, it emerges from a deeper curiosity about the self, a desire to grow and live with greater rootedness. Often, it’s a mix of both. Whatever brings you here, I aim to meet you with warmth, honesty, and the sense that you don’t have to figure this out alone.

I believe therapy works best when it feels both safe and alive. I try to offer a space where your experience is deeply listened to and given a rhythm and direction we can both feel. If the process ever feels unclear, we’ll talk about it—together.

ABOUT JOSH

I am a clinical psychology trainee currently working toward my PhD in Clinical Psychology at Fuller Graduate School of Psychology.

My approach is relational and depth-oriented, grounded in psychodynamic therapy and shaped by existential, spiritual, and developmental perspectives. I welcome those navigating anxiety, depression, grief, questions of identity, spiritual disorientation, or a private sense that something’s missing.

Therapy, at its best, fosters clarity, connection, and hope. I strive to meet you where you are—whether you are seeking relief, growth, or something in between.
