“I am not what happened to me, I am what I choose to become,” a quote from Carl Jung.

It is an honor and privilege anytime someone trusts to let me in on both the beauty and pain of their story. Whatever circumstance you find yourself in, I strive to enhance a sense of hope in each client’s life by creating a warm and welcoming environment where you can truly be yourself without any judgement. Wherever you are in your healing journey, I am here to help you.

My ultimate goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and collaborative space for you to explore and develop the skills and tools that best suit your personal needs. Safety can mean something different for each person, and as an adoptee and survivor of trauma, I understand that safety comes in different forms for each person. As we work together, I am confident that together we can guide you towards a more fulfilling life, where instead of simply surviving, you can begin to thrive in your relationships with others and in the beautiful journey of life.
