Life has its ups and downs. It could be a big life transition, grief, loss, anxiety, or just not being happy with how life is going right now. Sometimes you feel like you just want more from life. Sometimes you just need someone to talk to. Therapy is a space to talk about any of these things. As your therapist, I hope to come alongside you on your journey and create a safe and welcome space for you to talk about and explore anything that is going on in your life. In therapy, I hope you will feel seen, known, understood, and like you have a fellow journeyer alongside you as you move towards being your healthiest most authentic self. No matter where you are in life, I would be honored to share in this journey with you.
ABOUT AUSTIN
I am a clinical psychology trainee working towards a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Fuller Graduate School of Psychology. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rice University, where I also received minors in History and Politics, Law, and Social Thought, and competed on the Track and Field team. I was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and have work experience as a football and track coach, tutor, bartender, and worked in the public sector. I enjoy the outdoors, hiking, running, cycling, and camping.
