Does it seem like your teen is doing nothing about applying to college? Does your teen feel stressed and overwhelmed about the process of applying? Applying for college often feels daunting to students and their parents alike, but your teen doesn’t have to go it alone.

 

Through this workshop, your teen will gain the motivation and skills to help manage the stress of the college application process. This hands-on, practical group will focus on helping your son or daughter navigate the process of applying to college, providing support for the entire family.

 

Discussions will focus on important stress-relieving issues, including:

  • Managing stress
  • Making decisions
  • Setting and meeting short-term and long-term goals
  • Increasing self-confidence
  • Presenting your strongest self
  • Beating writer’s block

When: Thursdays for 6 weeks, 6:30 PM to 8 PM. New groups start regularly.

 

Cost: $25 per session. Only $125 if paid in advance!
