“People who are hurting don’t need Avoiders, Protectors, or Fixers. What we need are patient, loving witnesses. People to sit quietly and hold space for us. People to stand in helpful vigil to our pain.” -Glennon Doyle Melton

Life is tough. But I sincerely believe that if another individual can take the time to truly listen, attempt to understand, and grasp what you’re going through, it can make the journey worthwhile. I am a wounded healer. I understand and empathize with how hard it is to begin your healing journey. I believe that having a safe space to share alongside feeling understood are vital to this journey. I would feel privileged to embark upon the journey with you and will seek to help you experience and discover hope and beauty in the midst of it.
