INDIVIDUALS, DEPRESSION, ANXIETY, GRIEF & LOSS, CAREGIVING
For many of us the most important things in life are being connected, and being seen and understood for who we really are. Cathy is a caring therapist whose goal is to do just that. She wholeheartedly believes in providing a safe, non-judgmental, and comfortable place for you to explore and grow at your own pace. The support of therapy provides a way to feel more whole and enjoy life so much more as the “true you,” with meaningful and close relationships.
Cathy brings a wealth of life experience including a long background of intercultural sensitivity. She is part of a mixed-race family. Her husband is Indian and their two children have grown through challenges of being biracial.
