Often times, when our lives make it difficult to experience connection and tranquility, we take a step back and ask ourselves why our lives do not feel fulfilling enough. That first step to reach out for help reflects your strength, courage, and compassion towards one’s self. A lot of the time, we are our own worst critic and when nobody seems to understand your experiences, it can be quite a lonely experience.

As individuals, we often experience challenges in various aspects of our lives such as personal growth, relationships, work, family, and life transitions. Despite not being able to change the past, there is always an opportunity to create real change in the present through connection and healing. My values and approach to relationships comes from my own experiences of life transitions, relational conflicts, and my own road to personal growth.

My hope in our work together is that you will find clarity in the midst of confusion, renewed self-compassion, and an empowered sense of fulfillment in your own life. If you are at that place where you are ready to take that first step towards healing, I am here to listen, support you and empower you on that journey. I am also able to provide therapy in Spanish upon request.

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University Channel Islands, and am currently working towards a Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology at Vanguard University. While pursuing my education I’ve worked in the field Behavior Analysis in treating clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other neurodevelopmental disorders while educating their families on treatment interventions in order to improve their quality of life.
