Approach to Therapy:
Therapy is a place to find clarity and hope to the uncertainties in our life. It’s a time of reconnecting to ourselves and bringing about lasting change in our lives and in our relationships. Through relational psychotherapy, I work alongside my clients helping them uncover new insight and discover ways for more meaningful relationships. My approach to therapy is relational in nature, where I offer clients a place to be themselves and together we find a new sense of direction and hope.
Common Issues Addressed:
I have worked in a number of diverse clinical settings, which have provided me with extensive training in working with individuals, couples, and families. Prior to coming to the Sync Counseling Center, I worked at a community counseling center in the Beverly Hills area, providing individual therapy to adults working through anxiety, depression, and adjustment difficulties. In addition, I have also worked with clients dealing with substance abuse issues, in which I provided individual and group therapy to adults and their families at a local treatment center in the Pasadena area. I also have extensive experience working with adolescents in a school based counseling environment in which I worked to address social and emotional issues, as well as academic and career development. I hold a PPS credential in school counseling.
